Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground ham
  • 2 lb ground pork
  • 2 c cracker crumbs
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 2 c vinegar
  • 1 c water
  • 2 boxes brown sugar
  • 8 tsp dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first ingredients and shape into balls. Last 4 ingredients are sauce. Bake balls and sauce at 350, cover for 30 minutes, baste and bake 30 more minutes
