Ingredients
- 2# pkg hash browns, thawed
- 3/4 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 8 oz shredded cheese
- 2 can mushroom soup
- 1 pint sourcream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and add to a greased 9x13 pan. Cook uncovered for 1 1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven.
-if you double recipe, don't double butter.
