Ingredients
- Crushed brown sugar
- peel of 1 orange
- water
- 1 fifth of light rum
- 1 fifth of dark rum
- 1 liter pineapple juice
- 1 liter mango juice
- 1 liter orange juice
- Juice of 2 limes
- chunks of pineapple
- chunks of mango
- chunks of oranges
- grated nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Make a sugar syrup by boiling brown sugar, water, and orange peel for 30 minutes; allow this to cool. Stir it together with the other ingredients in a large bowl. Garnish with chunks of fruit and sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg before serving.
