  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Step 1

In large skillet, saute onion in butter, over medium heat, until onion is tender. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Saute for 5 minutes. Add wine and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the cooked rice to the mushrooms and heat thoroughly for serving.
