Ingredients
- egg matza (or egg& onion) 3 sheets (2 people)
- eggs (1 more than sheets using)
- milk (just enough to soak sheets)
- butter (for pan)
- onions (sliced)
Preparation
Step 1
in bowl breakup sheets and add milk to soak, add salt, pepper. Heat pan with butter. While soaking cut up onions and add to pan and sweat till onions are clear. Mix eggs well in another bowl. Check mazta if soft, if hard still let soak longer. When completely soft and eggs and mix well. Now you can add mixture to pan. Taste if needs more salt. Turn until eggs are completely cooked.
