Ingredients

  • For the dressing:
  • 1/3 About 1/3 Cup Light Sour Cream
  • 1 Lime, Juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • For the salad:
  • 1 Bag shredded green cabbage (trader joes)
  • 2 roma or on the vine tomates, diced
  • 1 large avacode diced (or 2 small depending on how much you want)
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until a smooth, dressing consistency. If you want it thinner, add a little water, or more lime juice. Thicker, add more sour cream

Toss with dressing. Can be made in advance and chilled in fridge.
