Pumpkin Dessert

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 1 yellow cake mix with pudding, less 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • Filling
  • 1 30 oz. can pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • Topping
  • 1 cup cake mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup soft margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
Mix ingredients lightly and press in lightly greased 9x12" pan.

Filling:
Mix ingredients and pour over unbaked crust.

Topping:
Mix ingredients to form crumbs and sprinkle over top of filling.

Bake at 350 for 50-60 min.
