Morning Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 tube reduced fat crescent rolls
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- sugar substitute equivalent to 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbs. fat-free milk
Unroll crescent dough into rectangles; seal seams. Combine the cinnamon and 1/4 cup of sugar substitute; sprinkle over dough. Roll up jelly roll style and seal edge. Cut into eight slices.
Place rolls in greased round baking pan on 375° for 12-15 minutes.
For glaze, in a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar, milk, and remaining sugar substitute. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls.
