- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- 5 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 8 eggs beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

Step 1
Slice mushrooms. Saute them in butter or margarine for 2 to 3 minutes. Add beaten eggs and scramble. Salt and pepper to taste.
