Ingredients
- Marinade
- Basil, Mint, Garlic, 1/2 lime, lemon, olive Oil.
- Stuffing
- I- Onion, Mushrooms, whole garlic A1- sauté to translucent I- 1/4 cup of gruyere, 1cup Monterey jack cheese, 1 can of artichokes.
Preparation
Step 1
Mince, Chop, Blend and marinade in fridge for up to 24 hours A2- remove pork from fridge, bring to room Tempature, slice ½ and stuff with pork stuffing.Mix all together with Onion mixture A2- Stuff pork and Grill at 350 on indirect heat.
