Quick and Creamy Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 1 medium honeydew melon, cut into 1/2-inch chunks (about 2 cups)
  • 1 20-ounce can pineapple rings in syrup, drained and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Put the apples, melon, pineapple, dried cherries, yogurt, cream of coconut and salt in a large bowl and stir.
