- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2/3 cup commercial spicy french dressing
- 11/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/3 cup white cornmeal
- 2/3 cup cornflake crumbs
- vegetable oil

Step 1
PEEL shrimp, leave tails intact, and devein
COMBINE eggs and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in shrimp. Cover and chill 3 hrs.
COMBINE cracker crumbs, cornmeal crumbs, set aside
