Ingredients
- 2 slices Ciabatta bread
- 1-2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 slices ham
- 2 slices turkey
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1/2 T mayo
- 1 egg
- 2 T whole milk
- 1 T butter
- salt/pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Spread mustard on one side of sandwich. Mix garlic and mayo together and spread on the opposite side of the sandwich.
Put one slice of cheese on each side of the sandwich and meat on top. Mix together the egg, milk and salt/pepper. Melt putter in skillet and dip sandwich in egg mixture. Cook about 4 minutes uncovered and then flip and cook an additional 3 minutes covered. Remove from heat and let stand covered 1 minute. Serve
