Shrimp asparagus au gratin

Ingredients
- Hollandaise mixture:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- Two small onions, chopped
- 3 ounces butter, divided into six pats
- 2 lbs asparagus
- 2 –1/2 pounds peeled deveined shrimp
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- Two packages Knorr's Swiss hollandaise sauce
- Two egg yolks
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°.
Sauté onions, and add asparagus. Cook 2 to 5 minutes. Add shrimp, and sauté another two minutes. Add hollandaise mixture (may only need half of the amount above.)
Place rice on bottom of a 9 x 13" baking dish. Spread shrimp mixture over rice. Top with 1/2 cup Parmesan. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pats of butter. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
