Rice/Mushroom Pilaf - Deb's Recipe

  • Rice in plastic bottle (yellow or white)
  • Chicken broth (Tuscany)
  • Fresh baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • Green onions/chives (optional)
  • Tuscany blend
  • Mushroom paradise blend
  • 1 T butter



Step 1

Put 1 1/2 c rice into cooker. Sauté sliced mushrooms in butter. Add green onion. Add 2 c chicken broth to rice in bowl. Add sautéed mushrooms & onions. Add Tuscany blend & mushroom paradise blend to taste.

Cook in rice cooker for 60 min.
