Rice/Mushroom Pilaf - Deb's Recipe
Makes about 4 1/2 cups
- Rice in plastic bottle (yellow or white)
- Chicken broth (Tuscany)
- Fresh baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- Green onions/chives (optional)
- Tuscany blend
- Mushroom paradise blend
- 1 T butter
Put 1 1/2 c rice into cooker. Sauté sliced mushrooms in butter. Add green onion. Add 2 c chicken broth to rice in bowl. Add sautéed mushrooms & onions. Add Tuscany blend & mushroom paradise blend to taste.
Cook in rice cooker for 60 min.
