Fettuccine with Garlic and butter

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp cracked red pepper
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 14 ounces fettuccine
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped.

Step 1
1. In a large stockpot boil 3 qts water. While waiting for water to boil, melt butter in a large skillet. Add garlic and cracked red pepper and sautee over medium-low heat until garlic is golden. remove skillet from heat and set aside.
2. Add koher salt to boiling water, toss in fettuccine and cook until al dente. Drain lightly, add to skillet with garlic, sprinkle with parsley and sautee on high heat for 1 minute moving everything around with tongs to combine ingredients.
