  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup crisco
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • salt to taste
  • add grated cheese & pimento to dry ingredients

Step 1

Roll out biscuit dough in rectangle, spread on 1/2 can sauerkraut. 2 cans chopped up corned beef, or fresh. Mix with 3 chopped eggs, add mayonaisse to moisten. Put over saurkraut. Roll up the long way. Bake 350 oven for 25 minutes.
Cheese Rarbit - 2 jars heat and pour over servings.
