Easy Cheesy Beef & Bow-Ties

Ingredients
- 2- 1/2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta (6 oz)
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions (8 medium)
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup Old El Paso thick n chunky salsa
- 1-1/2 cups shreded Cheddar-American cheese blend

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook & drain pasta as directed on package.
2. Meanwhile, in 12" nonstick skillet; cook beef over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked. Drain
3. Reserve 2 TBSP onions for garnish; stir remaining onions, soup & salsa into beef. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 5 mts.
4. Stir in cooked pasta; cook 3-5 mts, stirring occassionally, until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with cheese; cook until just melted. sprinkle with reserved 2 TBSP onions.
