Creamy Chicken Burritos

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can whole kernal corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 box instant white rice, cooked
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 jar salsa
  • Flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Dump cream cheese, black beans, corn and diced tomatoes on top. Cook on low for 6 hours. Before serving, shred chicken and return to crockpot. Add cooked rice and let heat through until rice soaks up some of the soupiness. Serve on tortillas with cheese and salsa.
