Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. unbleached flour
- 2 t. sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 8 T. butter, chilled
- 6 T. shortening, chilled
- 5-6 T. ice water, as needed
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients, cut in the butter and shortening, add the ice water until it comes together, shape into two discs and chill for an hour. Then roll out.
