Sauteed Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients

  • 4 c. sugar snap peas
  • 1 Tb. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind

Preparation

Step 1

Cook peas in boiling water 2 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain and pat dry. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add peas, salt and pepper. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in grated lemon rind.

Good with Pork Tenderloin with Plum Sauce
