French Potato Salad
- 6 red potatotes peeled and boiled
- 5 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 package small carrots boiled
- Package frozen peas boiled
- 6 kosher pickles
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Cut up potatoes (small pieces) and put into bowl. Squeese lemon over potatoes. Cut up pickles into small pieces and put into bowl. Cut up carrots (small pieces) and mix into bowl then add peas and last put in the eggs (cut into small pieces). Add about 1 1/2 C mayo and mix everyting slowly. Refrigerate before serving.
