Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 can root beer
  • 1 bottle (18oz) BBQ sauce
  • Hamburger buns

Preparation

Step 1

Place pork tenderloin in crockpot and pour can of root beer over top. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the meat shreds easily with a fork. Drain and discard the root beer. Place the shredded pork back in crockpot and stir in BBQ sauce. Warm for 10-15 minutes and serve on buns.
