Coconut Dream Bars***

Ingredients

  • FOR THE CRUST
  • 2 packages graham crackers crushed
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
  • FOR THE TOPPING
  • 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line a 9x11 baking dish with parchment.
3. Mix crumbs and melted butter together and press into paper lined pan.
4. Sprinkle coconut and chips over crust.
5. Pour condensed milk evenly over coconut and chips, covering the entire surface.
6. Bake for about 25 min, rotating pan halfway through baking, making sure the milk does not get too brown.
7. Let bars cool on wire rack.
