"Over that" cookies
- One stick butter
- 1-1/2 half cups crushed graham crackers
- One 12 ounce bag butterscotch chips
- One cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- One can sweetened condensed milk
- Optional: semi sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325°.
Melt butter in the bottom of a 9 x 13" Pyrex pan. Pour graham cracker crumbs on top. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips. Add coconut, then nuts. Cover with milk. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, then turn heat down to 300° after the first 5 to 10 minutes.
