Brown Sugar Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 t pepper
  • White rice

Preparation

Step 1

Place frozen chicken breasts in crockpot. Cover with brown sugar, pepper and soy sauce. Add the vinegar and soda. Cook on low for 6 hours. Before serving, shred chicken and mix with sauce. Serve over rice.
