Ingredients
- 1 8-oz package elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup plus 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. country-style Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
- 2 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. peeled & deveined shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions - rinse with cold running water & set aside.
Coarsely chop 1 lb of shrimp. Stir in shrimp and mayonnaise into pasta. Cover & chill 1 hour.
