- 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
- 3/4 cup consomme
- 2 env. unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce -- (or less)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated onions
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 4 hard cooked eggs

Step 1
Cook broccoli. Drain and chop finely. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup consomme. Heat remaining consomme: add worcestershire, tabasco, salt, lemon juice and onion. Add softened gelatin to hot consomme mixture; stir until dissolved. Combine broccoli and mayonnaise. Add consomme mixture to broccoli mixture. Slice eggs and arrange in ring mold. Spoon broccoli mixture carefully over sliced eggs. Chill until firm. Serves 8-10
