Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c cheese ( 1/2 c each grated Swiss, cheddar, Parmesan)
  • 8 slices (1/2 lb) bacon cooked crisp, drained & crumbled ( can use sausage instead or both)
  • Add spices to taste
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 pt whipping cream
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/2 t powdered mustard or 1 T or more Dijon
  • Pillsbury pie crust ( bake as directed)

Preparation

Step 1

Add cheese to crust. Mix remaining ingredients & pour over cheese. Use cover for edges of crust. Bake 375 for 30-40 mi until browned & firm.
