- 1 block Mexican Velveeta, cubed
- 8 ounces cheddar, shredded
- red pepper, diced
- 3 to 4 green onions, diced
- 4 to 6 ounces crab (or imitation crab), flaked
- Beer or wine, to thin it out

Mix all but liquid. Microwave til starts to melt. Add beer or wine and continue heating/stirring til smooth.
