4 lb peaches
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups sugar

Preparation

Step 1

add lemon juice and sugar to peeled, chopped peaches. let sit for 1/2 hour. Heat to boiling, remove foam. Lower to simmer for 25 to 30 minutes and pour into jars.
