Directions

need 5 lbs chicken wings, cut into three sections and discard wing tips. In large sauce pan bring 1/2 c cubed butter and 1/2 c Louisana style hot sauce, 1/4 c balsamic vinegar, 1/4 c soy sauce, 3 tbsp brown sugar and 3 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp celery seed and 2 tbsp lemon juice to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until reduced by half. Meanwhile in large resealable plastic bag combine 2/3 c all purpose flour, 1 tsp each of salt, paprika and cayenne pepper and 1 tsp celery seed. Add wings a few at a time and shake to coat. In deep fat fryer head oil to 375, fry wings a few at a time for 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink and turn once. Drain on paper town.. Place in large bowl and add sauce to coat.
