Ingredients
- 1 cup drained anad thinly sliced oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, cored, seeded, and finely chopped
- 1 cup chopped fresh basil
- 12 oz. rotini pasta, cooked al dente and drained
- 2-3 tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, combine sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, jalapeno and basil. Add pasta, sprinkle with olive oil and toss. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
