Crockpot Honey Sesame Chicken

This is an example of a recipe where I saw the picture and instantly needed the meal in my life. Luckily for me the meal was absolutely delicious. Best of all since it cooks in the crockpot it's so incredibly easy! Try this soon, you'll be pleased.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 2 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
1- In a small bowl combine the honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
2- Place chicken in the crockpot. Pour the sauce over top. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
3- Remove chicken, but leave the sauce, either shred or cut into pieces.
4- Stir the cornstarch into the sauce and cook on high for 10 minutes.
5- Add the chicken back into the sauce. Toss well. Top with sesame seeds.
