Step 1
Sift 1 c flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp seasoned salt and 1/2 tsp chili powder. Then add 2 beaten eggs, 1/3 c milk and 1 tbsp oil or melter butter. Stir until smooth. Can make ahead of time.
