Ingredients
- 6 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves, cut into chunks
- 1 - EACH small green, red & orange pepper, cut into strips
- 1-10 3/4 oz. can Nacho cheese soup, I diluted
- 1/2 - cup chunky salsa
- 1/8 - tsp chili powder
- 4 1/2 - cups hot cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients , except rice in a slo- cooker. Cover ,cook on low 5-6 hours or until chicken juices run clear.
Serve with rice
Add 1 can of ro- tel tomatoes ,undrained. If desired.
