- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet with a tight-fitting lid over medium-high heat, brown pork chops on both sides. Add water, parsley flakes, salt, onion powder, thyme and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until chops are fork-tender. Remove chops from skillet and keep warm. In a small bowl, combine milk and flour; blend until smooth. Gradually stir into hot mixture in skillet. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve gravy with pork chops.
