Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean gound beef
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 3-16 oz cans mexicn chili beans undrained
  • 1-10oz can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes undrained
  • 1 can tomatoe sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1-4.5 oz can chopped green chiles
  • 1-1.25 oz pkg taco seasoning mix
  • 1-1 oz env rach salad dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

cook ground beef and onion in a large dutch oven over medium-high heat until meat is browned stirring until it crumbles and drain. Stir in beqans and next 7 ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Can be served with following toppings:tortilla chips, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes sour cream or avacado
