Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Bombs

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Stick Softened Butter
  • 1.5 Cups Flour
  • 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbsp Warm Water
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Step 1

Cream together; brown sugar, softened butter and peanut butter.
Dissolve the baking soda in the warm water, set aside.
Add the flour, salt and baking soda/water.
Add chocolate chips.
Mix well.
Form into 1 inch balls and place in a mini muffin tin.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
