CANDY = Uncooked Fondant-mint wafers

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint flavoring

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Mix until creamy. Tint light pink or green. Knead with hands. Place small balls on waxed paper and flatten with tines of fork.
