DESSERTS = Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg cherry gelatin
  • 2 small cans pear halves(16 oz)
  • marichino cherries(save juice)
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. pear juice
  • 1 small pkg lemon gelatin
  • 1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 c.heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. cold water
  • 1 small pkg lime gelatin
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. pineapple juice

Preparation

Step 1

Place pears around pan with cherries. Add cherry gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until set.
Beat cream cheese & 2 Tbsp whipping cream. Add gelatin that has set and beat. Fold in whipping cream that has been whipped. Place on top of cherry gelatin when cherry gelatin is set.
Make lime gelatin and add pineapple. Place on lemon gelatin when lemon gelatin has set.

Middle layer optional directions=Beat cream cheese until smooth. Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water and gradually add to cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Stir in cold water. Add the cream and blend until smooth.
