- 2 cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Beef Base
- 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke

One of my favorite ideas for summer (or even other seasons) is to buy one of the bulk packs of good sirloin hamburger patties at Costco.
Grill all of the patties at one time. When done, place in a 9x13 pan. In a saucepan, mix together water beef base & liquid smoke and heat together. Pour over the patties & stir them so each absorbs a little of the broth.
I pack them up in freezer bags containing however many my family would use per meal; pour some of the broth in each bag. Freeze the bags. For a quick burger, microwave out of the bag with the broth for a "just off the grill" taste.... with No Fuss!
You can, of course, make your own patties, grill them and follow the above instructions.
