Ingredients
- 2 well trimmed beef rib eye steaks , cut 1 in thinck
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
- 2 TBSP Crumbled feta cheese
- 1 TBSP chopped and pitted kalamata olives
- Seasoning.
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, combine seasoning ingredients; press into both sides of beef steaks
In a large, non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Place steaks in skillet; cook 10-14 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning once. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Sprinkle cheese and olives over steaks' garnish as desired.
