**Grecian Skillet Rib Eyes

Ingredients

  • 2 well trimmed beef rib eye steaks , cut 1 in thinck
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
  • 2 TBSP Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 TBSP chopped and pitted kalamata olives
  • Seasoning.
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl, combine seasoning ingredients; press into both sides of beef steaks

In a large, non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Place steaks in skillet; cook 10-14 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning once. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Sprinkle cheese and olives over steaks' garnish as desired.
