Ingredients
- 3 egg yokes
- 2 slices white bread
- softened margarine
- 1 slice American cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Fry egg yokes until not hard, but no longer runny. At the time when you flip the eggs over to the second side, toast the bread.
Once toasted, butter the toast. Add a slice of American cheese on the buttered side of one slice of toast.
Place the fried egg yokes on top of cheese and top with the other buttered slice of toast.
Slice diagonally and enjoy!
