0z. cream cheese (room temperature)
cup powdered sugar
small can crushed pineapple drained
½ to ¾
cup chopped pecans
small container cool whip
Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add pineapple, coconut and most of the pecans. Fold in cool whip. Place in pie shell. Decorate top with rest of pecans. Chill in refrigerator overnight.
