Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bowtie pasta
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Kosher salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the pasta halfway. Drain.

Working in batches, transfer into about ½ cup hot vegetable oil
When the edges get golden, flip. Remove when golden on both sides.
Immediately toss with salt, lemon and parmesan.
