Ingredients
- 1 jar Prego Spaghetti Sauce with Meat
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons red wine
- 1 green pepper, chopped in large (or small) pieces
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients. Cook over medium-low heat, covered, until cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
Add Italian seasoning; heat an additional 3-4 minutes.
Serve over hot, cooked spaghetti
