Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mush. Soup
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle chicken breasts generously with lemon pepper. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Mix sauce out of remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and cook an additional 20 minutes. Serve sauce over rice.
