Oreo Pumpkin Gooey Bars

Oreos, chocolate, and pumpkin make this an easy but delicious gooey cake to enjoy in these cooler days.

Ingredients
- 1 spice cake mix (Duncan Hines 16.5 oz)
- 1 cup pumpkin puree, divided
- 1 egg
- 1 - 8 ounce bag of mini Oreos
- 1 - 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Combine together the cake mix, 1/2 cup pumpkin, and the egg until a soft, sticky dough forms. Spray your hands with non stick spray and press the dough into a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with the spray too.
Top the dough with the mini Oreos.
Stir together the sweetened condensed milk, the remaining 1/2 cup pumpkin, and cinnamon. Drizzle all over the top of the cake. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into 24 squares. Store in a sealed container on the counter.
