- 6 Med poblano peppers
- 1 1/2 lb pork shoulder
- 3-4 garlic
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Step 1
Char 4 pobolanos under broiler, let cool peel. split and seed
Place por in dutch oven and add water to cover.
Season with salt and boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30-40 min
Remove one cuo of pork cooling liquid to processor.
Add garlic, onion,cilantro,a nd remaining seede chopped pobloanos tp processor
puree and add mixture to pork. Combine remaining liquid and cream simmer 30-40 until pork is tender.
